About
I’m Sébastien.
Speaker, facilitator and coach, based in El Born, Barcelona. I’m also an actor, filmmaker and musician: different instruments, same song.
I’ve been improvising on stage for more than ten years, and gave a TEDx talk about it in Melbourne. As a child I was told I couldn’t sing; improv is where I found my voice again. Twelve languages and many bands later, I still believe the same thing: we come alive when we stop rehearsing and say yes to the moment.
I don’t teach anything I’m not practising.
